Every project is custom work made for one client, so refunds are handled personally rather than by a rigid rule.
Design and development work is bespoke and begins as soon as a project is confirmed. If you need to stop a project, write to us and we will look at what has already been produced and agree a fair outcome in writing, case by case.
Nothing here limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Care plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month and the month already started is not refunded.
Because the work is delivered digitally and made specifically for you, there is nothing to return. Any correction of an error in what we delivered is done at no cost.
