Terms and Conditions

We design and build custom websites and related digital work. Every project is quoted individually. The price, the scope and the timeline are agreed in writing before work begins, and any change to the scope is agreed in writing as well.

Prices shown on the site are in Canadian dollars and are indicative for optional extensions and care plans. The project price itself is personal to each project.

Unless agreed otherwise, half of the project price is payable to begin and the balance at launch. Monthly care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

Online payments are processed by Shopify. Payment in person may be arranged where agreed.

You confirm that any text, images, logos or other material you provide are yours to use, or that you hold the necessary rights. You remain responsible for that material.

Once the project is paid in full, the delivered website, its code and its content are yours. Third party components, fonts and libraries remain under their own licences.

The Veyz World name, logo, site copy and the concept projects shown in the portfolio remain our property and may not be reused without permission.

We take care with performance, accessibility and search foundations, and we work toward the standards described on this site. Results such as traffic, rankings or sales depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the work concerned.
