Everything Veyz World sells is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees, customs charges or delivery addresses to provide.

Digital kits and the Core Pack

• When: right after payment is confirmed.
• How: a download link on the order confirmation page and in the confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout.
• Where: anywhere. Delivery works the same in every country.
• Cost: free.

If the email does not arrive within an hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then write to veyzco@gmail.com with your order number and we will send the link again. Download the files once you receive them and keep a copy, since links can expire.

Studio 001 projects

Studio 001 work is delivered online. There is no physical delivery.

• Timeline: agreed in writing with the price before work begins. Most websites go live two to three days after the go-ahead. Projects that add identity, commerce or automation take longer.
• Start: the timeline starts once we have the content and access agreed for the project.
• Delivery: the finished site is published on your platform or domain, and files such as logos or graphics are sent by email or download link.

Problems with delivery

If a link does not work, a file is missing, or a Studio 001 delivery is late, write to veyzco@gmail.com. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
