Veyz World is an independent web design studio. This policy explains what information the site collects, why it is collected and how it is handled. Questions can be sent to Veyzco@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, your business name, your email address, an optional phone number, your budget and timeline indications, and your message.

If you are given private access to a project summary, we also store the details needed for that agreement: your name, your business, your email and the terms of the project.

The site does not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling or third party marketing pixels.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used to answer you, prepare a proposal and carry out the work you ask for. Project and payment details are used to issue agreements, invoices and receipts.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses only what is required to work, including the cookies Shopify needs to run the cart and checkout. The XP Farm saves its progress in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser storage removes these values.

Service providers

The site, enquiries, payments and digital delivery are handled by Shopify; card details are handled by Shopify and never reach us. Concept previews shown in the portfolio are websites we built ourselves.

Keeping and deleting your information

Enquiries are kept while a conversation or project is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting and legal records.

You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to Veyzco@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable delay.
