Refund policy

Veyz World sells digital kits and custom digital services (Studio 001). Nothing we sell is shipped, so this policy covers refunds and cancellations, not returns. It does not limit any right you have under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other law that applies to you.

Digital kits and the Core Pack

KIT 001, KIT 002, KIT 003 and the Studio 001 Core Pack are delivered as downloads right after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, these sales are final once the files have been downloaded, except in the cases below.

Files never downloaded. If you have not downloaded your files, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Defective or not as described. If a file is broken, incomplete or does not match its product description, write to us within 14 days. We will send a working file first, and refund you if we cannot.
Duplicate purchase. If you bought the same kit twice, or bought a kit and then the Core Pack that includes it, we will refund the duplicate.

Studio 001 projects

Every Studio 001 project starts from a written request, and its scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins.

Before work begins: full refund.
After discovery and direction are delivered, before the design is delivered: refund of 50% of the project price.
After the design is delivered: no refund. The revisions included in the agreed scope remain available until launch.
If we cannot deliver what was agreed in writing: full refund of the amounts paid for the part not delivered.

Domains, Shopify plans, apps and other third-party services bought for your project are billed by those providers and follow their own refund policies.

How to ask for a refund

Requests are handled in writing only. Email veyzco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and refunds include the taxes charged.
