Terms of service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These terms apply to your use of veyz.world and the Veyz World store (the "Site") and to every purchase made on it. The Site is operated by Veyz World, based in Quebec, Canada ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, to our Refund Policy and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What we sell
- Digital kits: KIT 001, KIT 002, KIT 003 and the Studio 001 Core Pack, delivered as downloads.
- Studio 001: custom digital services such as websites, online stores, identity and automation, built from a written request.
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Screens and colours can look different from one device to another.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, including GST and QST, are added at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid for an order does not change.
3. Digital delivery
Kit files are available to download right after payment, through the link on the order page and in the confirmation email. Keep a copy of your files. If a link stops working, write to us and we will send a new one.
4. Licence for kits
When you buy a kit, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use its contents for yourself and for your own business. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files or any part of them, alone or inside another product. All rights not granted here remain ours.
5. Studio 001 projects
- Written requests only. Projects are requested, discussed and approved in writing, by email or through the Site. We do not take calls or meetings.
- Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins. Most websites go live two to three days after the go-ahead. Projects that add identity, commerce or automation take longer, and that timeline is agreed with the price.
- Your content. You provide the text, images, logos and access the project needs, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Timelines start when we have what was agreed.
- Revisions are included as set out in the agreed scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Ownership. Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you. Tools, code libraries, templates and methods we already had or reuse remain ours, and you get a licence to use them as part of your project.
- Portfolio. We may show finished work on the Site and on our social accounts. Tell us in writing if you do not want this, and we will not.
- Third-party services. Domains, Shopify plans, apps and hosting are provided by third parties under their own terms and are billed separately.
Cancellations and refunds for Studio 001 follow our Refund Policy.
6. Using the Site
You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to copy or scrape its content. Interactive features such as the XP Farm are provided for viewing and may change or be unavailable at times.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, 3D scenes and code belong to Veyz World or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reuse them without our written permission.
8. Liability
We provide the Site and our products with care, but we cannot promise the Site will always be available or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other law that applies to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute is heard by the courts of Quebec, without limiting your right as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
10. Language
These terms are available in French and English. The parties have agreed that these terms be drawn up in English and French. If the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on the Site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
